The personal data processed by Tessiore are those directly provided by you, also through the online forms published on the website www.tessiore.it (“Site”).

The data will be used:

a)        to allow you to purchase “Orlando Magazine” through the Site and/or to use other services available through the Site;

b)        to perform contractual obligations in case of existing contractual relationships with Tessiore and related legal obligations;

c)        for the purposes of contact and communication with the company contacts of contractual counterparties or potential counterparties;

d)        to respond to any requests, reports or complaints you may have.

The granting of the consent referred to above is optional.

Tessiore will process the data also with the help of computerized and telematic tools and will keep them for the time strictly necessary for the execution of the contract, to respond to your specific requests and/or to provide other services requested by you; for 24 months for marketing purposes, except in any case further storage periods provided by law.

Tessiore may communicate your data to persons appointed and data processors, and, if the legal requirements are met, to independent data controllers, whose names and contact details are available upon your request.

According to art. 15 et seq. GDPR, you have the right to ask Tessiore for access, rectification, cancellation or limitation of the processing of your personal data, in addition to the portability of the same. You also have the right to revoke your consent. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
